Registration is required before Monday, November 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
Registration modifications are permitted
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, November 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for reservations paid in advance with a credit card may be used towards a future event if cancelled on-line by 2 p.m. on the Monday preceding the luncheon.
No shows/late cancellations will be assessed the full registration fee that must be paid before you are allowed to register for a subsequent event.
Please contact Wendy Dunbar if you want to be added to the waitlist or need to cancel after 2:00 on Monday (Must be done before 5:00 PM on the Thursday before.) so we can fill the spot with members on our waitlist. Contact information above.
Walden Yacht Club dress code is in effect for this function. No tee shirts, jeans, shorts, please.

Agenda:
10:30 a.m. Doors open for members and guests. Pictures with Santa.
11:30 a.m. Business meeting
12:00 p.m. Lunch served.
12:30-1:00 p.m. Program
1:00-1:15 p.m. Closing remarks/Door prizes.
Special requested Champagne Soup for all
REGULAR MEAL:
Roasted ham served with peach strawberry sauce and mango chutney
VEGETARIAN MEAL:
Spinach and wild mushrooms served in a puff pastry with caramelized onions and cheese
DESSERT: Rum cake or fruit cup
Let’s Deck The Halls by wearing holiday festive attire.
