Join us for a cooking demonstration with lunch! It will be a 3-course meal and the cost to our members is $45. We will be subsidizing the rest of the cost. Cash bar for drinks. Please provide your own transportation to attend and arrive no later than 11:00 a.m. We need a minimum of 40 to have event. Deadline to sign up is Nov.1st. Reservations for members only through Oct. 1st, then open to member's guests for $55.
The theme will be Thanksgiving and preparing apps, entrees and sides for the perfect Thanksgiving meal! Recipe cards will be given out for each dish.

Turkey Roulade (roasted fileted breast of turkey stuffed with spinach, white cheddar, gruyere, Monterey jack, cream cheese, garlic, and pepper/thyme bacon crumbles.
It is complemented with roasted sweet potato fondants in a rosemary/sage/parsley butter sauce topped with toasted marshmallow creme.
